Will be responsible for:
-Reservation Processing-quickly and accurately processes and codes reservations in both Theatre and Hotel
-Upselling-Maximizes revenue by informing callers of specials, combos, packages and other products available
-Payment processing-Accurately post and charges Hotel and Theatre payments
-Paperwork processing-Runs confirmations on schedule and checks for errors
-Daily balancing-balances and prepares cash drop in a timely manner and without errors.
This is a position which handles incoming calls and demands someone that is team oriented, remains calm under pressure, and can respond quickly to the situation at hand.
Shifts available between 8:30am and 6:00pm. Must be able to work Saturdays with little or no supervision. Must be computer literate.
Starting wages are $8.00/hour |
