Box Office Agent-part time

Box Office Agents are responsible for accurately issuing tickets to and collecting payments from guests attending events. Agents should be throughly knowledgeable with the technical requirements of the position which include computer operation, cash handling, credit card processing, and customer service.
Agents are responsible for:
--Guest Service with a helpful and friendly attitude.
--Issuing Tickets by means of computer.
--Collecting Payments either in cash, check or credit card. Also includes making change to guests.
--Daily Balancing of reports, accounts and own cash drawer.
--Upselling the Resort which includes the Hotel, the Restaurant, the Gift Shop and other shows and events.
--Taking Reservations as needed from incoming callers. This will include reservations for the Hotel, the Theatre performances and the Restaurant.
This is a Part Time Seasonal position. Normal schedule will be afternoons and evenings until around 8:30pm. Closed on Sundays.
Starting pay is $8.00/hr. |

Retail Sales Clerk/Cashier

Our Gift Shop Retail Clerk is responsible for all areas of operation of the Welk Resort Gift Shop.
This will include:
-Cashiering
-Money Handling
-Customer Service
-Up Selling merchandise
-Stocking merchandise
-Answering guest phone calls/inquiries
-Packaging/Shipping Merchandise
-Loss Prevention

Shift will be approximately 7:15am-11:00am, Wednesday through Sunday. Weekends are a must!
