Host/Hostess
Job No: FB-2, Avail. Positions: 1

Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service as you greet and welcome guest entering the restaurant. Maintain proper seating and reservation documentation and monitor restaurant for table availability. Assist wait staff and bus persons in their duties as necessary, or required. Complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift. Resolve service issues.
Previous hosting experience is preferred, but not necessary for a quick learner.
Starting wages are $7.50/hour, plus possibility of tips with banquet assistance.
*Part-time or Full-time positions needed mornings and evenings. Restaurant open 7am-8:00pm. |

Server
Job No: FB-5, Avail. Positions: 1
|
|
A Server's duties will include:
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu, beverage, and bar items offered.
Greet and serve guest in a timely and enthusiastic manner.
Take food orders, serve meals and beverages.
Check food orders for accuracy and completion prior to serving.
Suggestively sell/up sell food and beverages during the service cycle.
Make and count-back appropriate change to customers.
Complete end of shift reports and record all tips accurately.
Assists with closing procedures.
Dress code is: a white collared shirt (short or long sleeve), black pants, black socks and black shoes (preferrably slip resistant). A black apron will be provided.
$4.00/hour plus all tips. Will also have opportunity to work banquets which provide guaranteed tips.
Part-time and full-time positions available mornings and evenings. Restaurant open 7am-8pm. |

Ware Washer
Job No: FB-6, Avail. Positions: 1
|
|
The Ware Washer's duties will include:
Operate dish machine using proper levels of chemicals, sort, rinse and rack dishes.
Place service ware in appropriate storage areas.
Keep floors, work area, and restrooms clean, including trash disposal.
Assist in the service flow throughout the restaurant.
Starting wage is $7.50/hour |
